Quality Objectives :

1) To practise a patient-centric approach and remain sensitive to the needs of our patients and customers by achieving service excellence and patient delight by getting customer feedback greater than 4.5

2) To provide a platform for continuous learning and quality improvement at all levels of the organisation by requiring all employees to attend at least one training session.

3) To expand into new areas of pathology and diagnostics by adding at least one new activity or procedure to our core business each year.

4) To create awareness among the general public and visitors regarding our service by conducting at least one public awareness programme every year.
